Anonymous CowardDon't worry about being direct and open. I think in the years spent in Romania you have aleardy noticed that most regular Romanians like a direct approach, and won't blame you for openly speaking about true things. I just spent some time abroad, and this lack of directness is killing me. Which is why I'll be back home soon.

Lori, I wish I had come across this post, oh, say 7 years ago. Because that's when I sold The Boy Child for a FRACTION of what he was worth. A mere ptncatie, really. And why? Because he peed in the bathroom trash can FOR THE LAST TIME. I mean, honestly. Is it too much to ask that your child 1. Put the seat down and, 2. Actually pee in the toilet that I have provided for him and his sister? No, I think not. So, as I daily peruse Craig's List, looking for an 11-year-old boy being re-sold by a pissed off traveling band of gypsies reeking of urine, I will harken to your words.>1!!!
