thankyou so do i and yeah it is very annoying and i inejrud my knee last febuary and the doctors just kept sending me home with a pulled ligmament which is a bummer but at the moment i am doing sports but just not telling the phyios but im not playing football just light things

Well, for the month of October, Jessica is following along with that whole blog every day on a crtiaen topic thing that's going on. I, personally, seem to be too fickle to commit to that sort of project. But her choice of topics has resonated with me big time: 31 Days of Smelling the Roses.
