Many many realtors would like what you have but with PITI. Principal, Interest, Taxes, & Insurance. That would give us the total mtonhly payments which is much more valuable than just the PI, principal & Interest calculator.It should be easy to add on.1. Tax Rate with a Drop Down List from O.1 to 4.0 in .1 increments 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, etc.2. Insurance Yearly Cost, then you divide by 12.

It is going to be big this site needs to upgrade to Vbullitien and soon.

A site like this should be well known and it is on its way to being one of the top Sega sites what with the Home page for it now being created!

It is a growing site which will do very well as time progresses so yeah i think it is worth while joining because even though it is Sega it offers other sub forums to discuss anything (not spam of course) and to discuss the Nintendo Vs Sega console war which does not include spam or flamming but may get a little heated for more infomation on that perticular part of the forum check out this amazing thread posted by are fellow moderator Mr Sega.
