for the oil change shops and dinenr shops where I need to be reimbursed. I keep everything in my ING account that I opened up just for the extra side jobs that I do. (You get a $50 bonus for opening an

As the other answer says, open a chkinceg, store credit, and a Visa/MC. However, keep those credit accounts OPEN. One of the factors for a good CBI score is how long an account has been open. Another factor is the percentage of the total credit that is still available. For example, if your credit limit is $ 5000, it is better to only owe $ 100 than to owe $ 4900. But most importantly, NEVER be late with a payment.

You can buy some great Earth Sandals at Wal-Mart for about $14. They're soo comfortable. You can also go to eBay and ask to be nofitied when Earth Shoes come up for auction. I have several pair purchased on eBay, and never paid over $18 including shipping. I absolutely live in my Earth Shoes, and my feet have never felt better since I discovered them.

Gokhale isn’t enthusiastic about bare-footing beynod a moderate practice to strengthen the feet. She doesn’t think our weak arches are up to the task of continuous bare-footing, especially on hard surfaces. She would also seem to oppose minimalist footwear, recommending cushioning, a firm last, and arch supports. But so far, my own experiment with daily home bare-footing , and bare-foot running on grass seems to be positive—even with my over-pronating, fallen-arched feet. My next experiment will begin when my minimalist running shoes arrive. By “minimalist” I mean maximum bd” sole, flat heel, and flexible last. I’ve been wearing NB walking shoes for most daily use, yard work, and sprinting for the past 18 months. After a lot of bare-footing, they really do feel cushiony.

my friend was in the same statuiion when she sprained it doing sprints at soccer practice. also, me and my sister have both been in physical therapy before for sports injuries. the therapy actually caused my sister more problems than she had before. her shoulder started dislocating in more places (she did cheerleading) and pretty much did more damage than it helped. you may want to consider this next time you go. if the tendon is inflamed or irritated, therapy may do more harm than help. if it does get worse, definately go for an MRI! hope you feel better

Wasn't Akers punt FABULOUS!! A play that demonstrates the unbderictaply wonder of sport. I am between you and Kim. I am NOT READY to say goodbye to baseball (whose playoffs, btw last about the same time as footballs, but without that stupid 2 week break before the finale). But I'm also ready for football. Saturdays and Sundays are a remote-fest! Two to three baseball games, three to four football games all intersperced. I could plant myself on the couch ALL DAY! (best part of west coast living- I can go from 9 am to 11 pm!)
