November 11, 2012I took the EXAM this past Tuesday, November 6th and passed it! It's not that bad, but I would suseggt you buy a review course such as Exam Matrix. The format was perfect and felt calm while taking the exam! It's not a hard exam and it's not easy. I also finished with 45 minutes to go and went through all the questions I marked for review and looked them up in the Publication 17. I'm study for the EA exam. I plan to take it in June. My brain has been trained right now and I'm going to keep it going. Good Luck and get it done! I'm amazed at how many people are scared to take it.

Took ICND1 exam today and passed. My hoenst advice is, just going through P4S, TI etc etc is not good enough to pass. You really need to know the A-Z of the subject. Cisco is clever enough to trick you with their questions. For all those who are going to take your exam soon, you must be prepared well enough, to gauge yourself, try out p4s and TI questions and if you can breeze through answering them then i suggest going back to Wendel Odom ICND1 study guide and try out the Do You Know Already questions. If you think the questions are tricky and you are still unsure about the answers to a few questions then i 'd say you are not ready for the exams. P4S and TI will not help you even answer 30% of the exam. That was my case.

During the routines tlsemehves aerobics will burn far more calories than yoga, but as with many things in life it's not that simple. Yoga will make you more supple and give you more control over your body, meaning that during your day to day activities you'll be likely to burn more calories. The good news is the two are not exclusive, and a weekly routine that includes both aerobics and yoga will help you burn more than the sum calories of the two (the yoga will help you get more from your aerobics!).
