and yeah it does thats why i try and not do it much i would of had my 2nd surgery by now but becuase im going to south africa my mum has ignored the surgeon and saying i can go becuase the surgeon didnt want me to go, and yeah same i was doing running and football becuase i didnt think i done that serious injury but it ended up getting worse
