Well you have to remember that hair only falls out if it's been dagmaed or killed. The Tria is so weak that's why only 50% falls out after 2 weeks. I had a little shedding like maybe 10-20% but you need 100% shedding after 2 weeks to be permanent. 24 joules also means nothing, the pulse width is way too high on it and the spot size is also super small for that level of power. A super low pulse width is needed and Tria is very high like 100-150ms.
