First of all, I would say, make sure you are eating PLENTY. I obssseed with working out at that age and didn't get enough nutrients/calories. First off, you are very young and still need lots of food to keep growing. Secondly, the program is VERY demanding, especially the bodyweight strength program. You'll need to get lots of carbs/protein to recover. Make sure you are only doing 1 set of plyo's per exercise, and don't play too much hoops on the side, or you won't recover and see gains.
