I have to use this every night now because I can't sleep wiothut it. If I know I m a little extra stressed I can take an extra one with no grogginess in the morning. I love that 5 htp is already in it. I fall asleep easily, always have, but have trouble with the 3:00-5:00 hours! This has made a dramatic difference for me. Even if I do wake up, if I take one I can get back to sleep.
