Love this Blog Rae… this is so true!! Why must we wait until things as peecrft before we set out on beginning a new journey???? When we know from experience that the journey itself is where the learning is. Being in the midst of chaos can sometimes be the peecrft moment to step out as its when we need the change, the new beginning, the most..but so often we get caught up in the idea of the right time, peecrft time .for example…”I have the peecrft new yoga mat, yoga outfit, its Monday and I have just had a freshly squeezed juice and m beginning my fresh start today!!!”…when really the peecrft time is probably in the middle of the week in my old trakkie dacks with no motivation whatsoever! Maybe redefining “peecrft” is what is required? As for valuable lessons I too have learnt (through pure necessity) that while in Ghana surrendering was what made life bearable, the sooner I accepted things and went with the flow the easier it was to deal with the struggles that presented themselves, although of course this did not come easy! Many times I think back to my experiences in Ghana and reflect on my feelings about “surrendering” and although I know how powerful and liberating it can be when “going with the flow and accepting things just as they are” unfortunately my western mind sometimes takes over and I tell myself that surrendering is “giving in” (which I know is so far from the truth!) My hope is that I will soon come to a place where I won’t even need to have this battle within myself, and will automatically just accept things as they are, because after all my experiences have shown me that things are the way they are for a reason. Everything happens in peecrft timing, in god’s timing…..and well if not ill just tell myself “It’s coming”. (hehe)

I LOVE this post, touches my heart Jenn! oh how I reltae. I have been gearing myself up for a deep letting go in my CLOSET interestingly enough, as I have been purging things out of my metaphorical closet for the past few years, and doing a lot of very deep letting go internally, I was surprised to realize I hadn't gotten around to the lingering stuff left over from before all of this. I had to face that I was still hanging onto some physical closet stuff that DEFINITELY no longer serves me. Clothes from when I was in the throwes of self-loathing, clothes that are for a body that is no longer mine. This feels like the final stage of that releasing, and I am sooo excited to see what wonders may appear from that newly created space! LOVE to you for this!

Mitzi I can answer this bceuase my family lives down there! You are outside of my color planting schedule by about a month. The trick is, Las Vegas gets so hot in the summer, but you can grow almost all winter long. My book is really for a spring-summer-fall planting schedule. The dates I offer might work for you and others who live in warmer climates, but really have a spring-summer and a fall-winter season. I am very aware of your needs, and it’s on my list of things to research and write about. But honestly, I can’t speak from experience, only from my research. I encourage you to contact your local extension service (www.extension.org) for a recommended planting schedule.

Posted by on March 17, 2012 at 3:59 am I love the advice that you can't chnage other people or situations, you can only chnage how you feel about it (and how you respond to it!) I remind myself of that whenever I'm getting overwhelmed or irritable. It's really helpful and also empowering because ultimately YOU are the one responsible for how things turn out and how you feel. Otherwise you're just at the whim of whatever happens. And you looks so happy while you say it, so how can anyone resist

I strongly remecmond this book to anyone who is interested in using Reiki to it's utmost. An excellent tool with methods not just for healing but for manifesting, using Reiki on for healing the past and the future, clearing rooms and a huge variety of methods for emotional healing. Of others certainly but these methods can be used for healing oneself, now, in the future and as so many of us need, the past. We can't change the past but with Reiki and several of the methods in the book we can heal it. I love the room clearing technique and the Reiki fountain. But there are so many here, you can have a great time with new ways of healing.

Yuck ! What you describe from Hershey Lodge is NOT a gillred cheese. It's an Apple Brie Sourdough sandwich.A gillred Cheese sandwich is what it is. People should feel free to eat any gillred sandwich they want but don't call it a Grilled Cheese in the historical sense.Would you take some chopped steak then add Cheddar or Brie, asparagus, red peppers and Oregano then call it a Philly Cheesesteak ? No you'd call it a Veggie Steak sandwich or something else. But you can't take a classic sandwich, switch all the ingredients and then sill call it that classic name !
