说道:I wish to show my appreciation toardws the writer simply for rescuing me using this particular environment. Right after exploring through virtual reality and coming across tricks which are not advantageous, I considered my complete life has been done. Existing without the presence involving answers on the difficulties you might have solved all over the article is often a critical scenario, as properly as ones that might have inside a negative approach affected our career if i hadn't discovered your blog. Your main training as well as kindness in taking care of all locations was very useful. I'm not sure what We would've done if i had not necessarily discovered a real thing such as this. I am capable of at the moment look forward to my personal future. Thanks for your time quite definitely for your reliable and sensible manual. I will not be reluctant to propose your internet site to anybody who requires and wants direction concerning this matter.

***********************************************************Hopefully you currently own your home now. You can use the eiuqty in your current home as a downpayment on a 2nd home. Use the 1st as a rental. This may mean refinancing your 1st home or getting a 2nd mortgage on it. I suggest you take your first $15 bucks you can spare, go out and buy the book The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner by David Bach. This book alone is more than enough to get you started, even if you don't think you can. You can also check out his website at www. finishrich. com/homeownerAnd by the way, don't let others tell you it can't be done or they know someone who tried, etc. They have good intentions. They are trying to protect you from disappointment (a feeling they've experienced). So thank them for being caring enough with thier warnings. But explain that what you can really use is thier encouragement and support and that any advice they have that might help you in your efforts would be much appreciated. Don't give up. And congratulations on your thinking big. Hope this helps. Good luck. ***********************************************************

This is all very well-said IMO.I know you're talikng about news agencies so I hope you don't think it's OT for me to bring up some blog stuff. I noticed when my blog was email-only I got much more thoughtful emails than I typically see at other mommy blogs with open comments. It's like people who had to take the time to do a little bit of extra clicking usually wrote far better stuff (not always in agreement or anything) or at least stuff I was more interested in (personally I have never gotten much from comments like [[[ hugs! ]]] for example, altho' of course hugs are very sweet). I finally opened comments on my blog after much pressure from readers. Ironically THOSE who said I *should* have comments, because my posts were too one-sided (um, it's an online journal, not a prescriptive series of writings, but wevs) haven't actually commented. I do like the caliber of my comments and the discussions that have occurred so Yay, comments stay for now.Re: blogging and moderating comments, I recently read and thought it was a good 101. Maybe you'd like it too.Congrats on your new blog!
