Nice work man! Im on the same just doin intermediate srtength. Im more of a one footed jumper but doing it my 2footed jump has improved really quickly. Could you tell me what your improvement is in inches since beginning? I text myself every 4 weeks and im still early on in the training so was curious to see wether its worth sticking at it for so long or to try out my own training techniques like. Thanks x
